Order Processing and Modifications
Once your order has been submitted, processing will commence after 24 hours. Please note that some of our products are made-to-order. This means that once the fabric has been cut, any size adjustments or returns will not be possible. Therefore, once the order enters the preparation stage, modifications or cancellations will no longer be accommodated.
Additionally, some products are crafted using rare and irreplaceable fabrics, making them non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
We strongly encourage you to thoroughly review the product details before placing your order to ensure that the item is eligible for returns or exchanges. If you need to make changes to your order, please contact our customer service team within 24 hours of placing the order, and we will do our best to assist you.

In the event that you receive a product with a quality issue (such as damage, stains, or evident defects), you are required to notify us within 24 hours of receipt. Please provide photographic or video evidence to support your claim and contact our customer service team for assistance. Once the issue has been verified, we will facilitate a return or exchange. Please ensure that the product has not been worn or washed and that the original packaging remains intact.

Return Shipping Costs
